Not chatbots. Not demos. Production AI systems deployed into your business in days, wired into revenue, operations and decisions. Part of our fee depends on the number they move.
This runs on the same models we deploy for clients. One or two sentences are enough; the answer takes about twenty seconds.
Three of the systems we've built or are building right now, shown with our clients' permission.
Global video news channel
An AI content pipeline, live in one day
Stories are scraped, researched by Gemini, drafted by Claude and polished by Grok, then land show-ready for the editors.
“They built our entire AI content pipeline in a single day. Three AI models, automated scraping, live production. It just works.”
Hospitality and events complex, Cluj County
An ERP and an AI agent that answers, orders and books
One system for restaurant, rooms and events: cash register, stock and supplier invoices in one place, and an AI agent on the phone and WhatsApp that takes event and à-la-carte orders, calls suppliers and compares their prices.
Law exam preparation school, Romania
An admissions engine for bar and magistracy candidates
Every enquiry gets an answer and a follow-up, and every candidate moves from first message to enrolment without a spreadsheet in between.
Every system is measured from day one: revenue created, cost removed, hours given back.
Finds the accounts that fit, writes to them, follows up and books the calls. Your pipeline grows while your team sells.
How it runs
Watches every location, shift and product line and flags where margin leaks before the month closes.
How it runs
Research, draft, edit and publish with several models in sequence. The NewsForce pipeline runs for about €40 a month.
How it runs
Agents that answer customers, process documents and check compliance, on WhatsApp, phone, email or inside your own tools.
How it runs
AI leadership embedded in your company: strategy, architecture, vendors and team, without a full-time executive salary.
How it runs
One AI architecture across the whole fund, with the EBITDA effect tracked company by company.
How it runs
Day 1
A 30-minute call, three questions. We find the single system with the highest return for your business.
Day 1
The same day: a one-page proposal with scope, timeline, expected impact and a price tied to the outcome.
Days 2–14
50% deposit, then daily sprints with a short video update every 24 hours. You see progress every day.
Day 14 onward
The system goes live and we measure it. The success fee is paid only when it delivers the agreed number.
No 80-page strategy decks. We put working systems into production. If it doesn't run in production, it doesn't count.
Setup fee plus a success fee tied to a measurable result. We earn more when you do; if the system underperforms, you don't pay the outcome part.
Our fastest build went live in one day; most take about two weeks. Speed is a design choice, not luck.
Every portfolio company usually hires its own AI vendor: different architectures, different costs, no shared learning. We become the fund's embedded AI capability, with one architecture deployed company by company and the EBITDA effect tracked for each.

Ranges, not quotes. Your proposal arrives the same day as the diagnosis call.
Production AI systems that sit inside your business and do measurable work: revenue engines that find and follow up with customers, agents that answer on WhatsApp, phone and email, operations dashboards that catch margin leaks, and content pipelines. Not chatbots for show, and not strategy decks.
Our fastest went from brief to production in one day. Most systems take about two weeks; larger, multi-department work is planned in phases, each live in weeks.
Engagements start at the Starter range shown in the pricing section and scale with scope. You get an exact price in a one-page proposal on the day of the diagnosis call.
Before we build, we agree one number the system has to move: leads, revenue, hours saved, cost removed. Part of our fee is a success fee that is paid only when that number is reached.
Whichever fits the task: Claude, Gemini, GPT and Grok, often several in one system. The NewsForce pipeline uses three models in sequence. You are never locked into one provider.
We work under GDPR and sign a data processing agreement before we touch your data. Where you need it, data stays in the EU and systems run in your own accounts.
Yes. NEXTWISE is based in Bucharest and works with companies across Europe, the UAE and the US. We're in Dubai from 2 to 15 December 2026.
The monthly retainer covers monitoring, fixes, improvements and weekly reports, so the system keeps earning instead of drifting.
Tell us what isn't working. We'll tell you what we'd build, what it costs and what it should return, the same day.
